Arnas Donauskas b066182b03 feat(contacts): filter contacts by tags on the Contacts page ... Adds a "Filter by tags" popover (OR across selected tags) next to the search box, with active-tag chips and clear-all. Resolves #270. Filtering is resolved server-side via the filter_contacts_by_tags RPC so pagination and the total count stay accurate even when a tag covers many contacts (avoids PostgREST's row/IN-clause caps). A fetch-sequence guard prevents out-of-order responses from rendering stale rows, and stale tag selections are pruned when the tag list refreshes.
