Subject: [PATCH] fix(landing): drop hardcoded shortcut-icon pointing at
 removed favicon

layout.tsx still had `icons.shortcut: ["/favicon.ico"]`, which kept
emitting the default Next.js favicon link in <head> even after the
file was deleted. icon.tsx is the single source now.
