docs(readme): use Hostinger banner as deploy CTA

Browse Source 
Swap the shields.io text badges for the Hostinger logo banner — a real
brand image makes the deploy CTA the visual anchor of the README and
of the dedicated section. Add a small "→ Deploy wacrm on Hostinger"
caption under the top banner for clarity, and keep the small
shields.io companion buttons under the section banner so the
step-by-step guide stays one click away.

Asset committed to .github/assets/hostinger-deploy.webp (21 KB).
